Who is coaching for?

Our coaching is designed for youth athletes who want to build fundamentals, confidence, and leadership—whether they’re new to the game or working toward the next level.

Where do sessions take place?

We serve Birmingham, Alabama and surrounding areas. Locations vary by program—check the program details or reach out and we’ll point you to the next available session.

What should athletes bring?

Athletic shoes, water, and a great attitude. If you have a ball, bring it—otherwise we’ll have equipment available for most sessions.

How are groups organized?

We group athletes by age and skill level when possible, and we coach with progressions so everyone is challenged appropriately.

Do you offer team coaching or clinics?

Yes. We can support teams, schools, and community groups with clinics focused on fundamentals, teamwork, and game situations.
